A yacht purchase is decided on information the buyer rarely holds. These articles set out what a pre-purchase survey covers, what a sale contract permits once defects are found and how to judge the person you are about to trust with a seven-figure decision.
They also take the longer view. What a vessel costs on the day is the visible half. Deferred maintenance and missing records carry a bill that arrives years later. The owner who pays it is whoever holds the yacht at the time.
They are published as we write them, under the NAVI name. They carry no sales material. NAVI begins commercial operations in 2027.
